the power of prayer and my 500 peso 2 weeks budget

today is already sunday.. it was 5 days since i posted my blog bout the scarcity of my resources to live. hehe

let me recount what the miracles i got past week through prayers.

1. wednesday morning, my mom gave me 100 pesos for my fare to work though i dont ask for it. it was unusual because i dont ask for allowance anymore. but since she knows what im going through, she generously gave me a one day allowance. hehe. praise God.

2. thursday afternoon, i forgot to ask Sheyn bout the 100 pesos she borrowed from me. that 100 pesos was my budget for friday. after all my sessions, i gave the payment to our AO for the 5 therapy sessions i had in bicutan. after giving me the receipt, she handed me 250 pesos. I asked her what was the money for and she answered it is for my transportation allowance since im having home sessions. praise God again!

3. one of my lolas died last wednesday. friday night, at her wake and as part of our family tradition, we played "in between" - a card game. i asked my Daddy Noli and my ompi for my capital since i dont want to shell out my own money because i am in need too. :) so, i played til 1 in the morning and guess what? from 70 pesos, i slept with 350 pesos because of the card game! i know God knows i need it, because believe it or not, i didn't have enough luck with gambling.

4. Saturday night, we played the card game again. though i didn't win, one of titos shelled out 500+ pesos which was divided to 6 players. so i slept with an addittional 125 pesos in my pocket. hehe..



i really do believe that if we stop worrying about our financial concerns and just put our trust in God, blessings will come our way.


I want to share this line from Bo Sanchez about praying for money. He said everyday, we should say this lines after our prayer: God will bless me financially.

im sure a lot of you would be interested on how i am doing right now (this is my blog and im the protagonist here hahaha). well, to tell you the truth, i really don't know if im okay or if im not. hehe.. honestly, i dont know where i stand in my life either..

all i know is im broke. literally and seriously.

the money left in my account is just php500. and as we all know, the next pay date will be next week, friday. imagine how i can survive when each day, i need at least 150 to be able to go to work. imagine it peeps.

and i dont know why i can still smile.

maybe because i've learned not to think about it much. i know it is something worth thinking of but what can i do? i can only ask for help from others. but that "others" might not think about it seriously. hehe. maybe i'll just mind my problem when i already feel the heat of the sun because im walking my way to work. hehe.

im not asking you guys to put up a fundraising activity entitled "Piso para kay Chiko" or "Limos para sa Babaeng Musmos" to help me guys. I only need your prayers. Yes, my beloved friends. Prayers. It can move mountain.

And because you are reading this and is already feeling a pint of pity for me, you are going to pray.


God is already preparing for his next miracle in my life.
